The Urban Loft operates solely on a blogshop basis. We do not have any shop front therefore payments have to be made via internet or atm funds transfer and delivery via local postage (FOC). We regret that we are unable to do meet ups due to some bad experience we have encountered along the way and we kindly seek our customer's understanding.

Steps for POSB/DBS ATM fund transfer:
Insert ATM card. Enter your Pin Number.
Select language (applicable to DBS/POSB ATM cards with language selection option)
Select “Cashcard & More Services”
Select “Fund Transfer / Fixed Deposit”
Select the bank account that you are transfering from: DBS or POSB Savings A/C (Depending on your account type)
Select the bank account that you are transfering to: “POSB Savings A/C”
Select transfer fund to “Another Account”
Enter Urban Loft Account No.
Select “If Correct”
Enter Amount for your order
Select “If Correct”
Select Confirm the requested transfer
Remove ATM card and receipt
After which please email us a picture of the receipt together with the payment form details. =)
